Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead our day-to-day marketing efforts across digital, print, and in-store channels. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation with on-the-floor execution — perfect for someone who loves both designing a great social post and walking the sales floor to bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Design flyers, signage, and print collateral for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Design  content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

Photo & Video Capture

  • Shoot and edit product photography, lifestyle imagery, and short-form video content
  • Capture in-store moments, events, and behind-the-scenes content for social use
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library

Merchandising

  • Style and refresh end caps, feature displays, and sales floor presentations
  • Partner with the owner and store team to highlight new arrivals and key products

Event Support & Execution

  • Coordinate logistics for in-store and off-site events (set up, breakdown, signage, supplies)
  • Provide on-the-day event support to ensure a smooth customer experience (if needed)
  • Help promote events through pre-event marketing and post-event content

Qualifications

  • Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video on a phone or DSLR
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willing to be on your feet, lift up to [25] lbs, and work some evenings/weekends for events
