Mobile Service Coordinator

Mobile Service Coordinator (Korean Bilingual) – Contract

About the Company

Our client is a globally recognized, top-tier Korean company leading the mobile and electronics industry.
The U.S. office is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to support mobile service operations.

This role is responsible for supporting mobile operations and customer service across North America, and is ideal for candidates with experience in telecom or device management.

Position Details

  • Position: Mobile Service Coordinator
  • Location: Bellevue, WA (Fully Onsite)
  • Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
  • Salary: $60,000/year ($5,000/month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mobile service operations and customer requests
  • Manage SIM cards and mobile device-related processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues
  • Manage and report data using Excel
  • Support project scheduling and operational processes

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • Korean-English bilingual (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in telecom or customer service
  • Must be based in or near Bellevue / Seattle area
  • Strong Excel skills and basic project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SIM card operations or mobile device management
  • Background in IT or telecommunications
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
