Position Title: Project Assistant

Pay Rate (hourly): $15 per hour 

Start Date: 7/1/25 End Date: 6/30/27 

At Behind It All Foundation, we empower young girls and women, their peers, and families to strengthen their mental health and elevate their quality of life through wellbeing coaching, wellbeing trainings, case to care management and wellness events that inspire growth, confidence, and lasting change.

We are seeking dedicated Project Assistants to support the development and execution of our community programs and organizational operations. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and reporting of foundation projects.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and developing projects.

● Conduct necessary research to support project initiatives.

● Manage event and program production, including logistics on the day of the event and post-production activities.

● Perform administrative tasks such as document editing, data organization, and flyer creation.

● Monitor and report on project progress.

● Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Executive promptly and efficiently.

● Generate well-researched, well-written, and properly documented proposals along with all required supporting documents.

● Write detailed reports on foundation projects.

● Create and maintain calendars for foundation activities.

 

Qualifications/skills required for this position:

● Current undergraduate, or graduate student, in business, communications, health, or a related field.

● Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.

● Excellent writing and editing skills.

● Ability to accept and act on constructive feedback.

● Motivational skills to keep team members focused and productive in a positive manner.

● Flexible, communicative, and team-oriented personality.

● Proficiency with Canva and Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, Google+, etc.) is highly desirable.

Work Requirements:

● Must have accepted a Federal Work-Study award for the current academic year.

● This position is primarily remote; however, attendance at select in-person events, meetings, and team outings is required.
