1st and 2nd Grade teacher

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, engaging, and structured Kindergarten classroom
- Teach foundational reading, writing, math, and social skills
- Use hands-on, project-based, and interactive learning experiences
- Deliver standards-aligned instruction and monitor student mastery
- Foster independence, responsibility, and positive behavior habits
- Communicate student growth regularly with families
- Different instruction and modify instruction based on data and assessment.
- Help students develop confidence, curiosity, and a love for school
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Teaching license or eligibility preferred
- Understanding of early childhood and Kindergarten development
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching young children with patience and enthusiasm
- Commitment to teamwork, growth, and student success
