Board Certified Behavior Analyst
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
FULL-TIME 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Candidates must hold a current BCBA endorsement. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in Education, Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis and have experience in working with school/educational settings.
Candidates must have experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavioral Evaluations and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans. Candidates must have experience working with school-aged students (PK-12+) with a wide range of disabilities, knowledge of developmental norms, understanding of DESE Curriculum Guidelines, data collection and analysis, evidence based interventions, regular reporting to stake holders and experience writing/implementing IEP goals and objectives. Candidates will collaborate with educators, especially service providers, for positive student outcomes.
The candidate must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates must either be trained, or willing to be trained, in Safety Care.
