About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Event Crew to assist with setting up and breaking down beautiful events across the Grand Rapids area. This is perfect for college students or anyone looking for flexible, pick-up shifts.
What You’ll Do:
Load and unload event items (tables, chairs, décor, backdrops)
Assist with setting up event spaces (placing tables, linens, décor)
Help install simple backdrops and event elements
Breakdown events and pack items back into vehicles
Work as part of a team to execute smooth, on-time setups
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable and shows up on time (this is critical)
Able to lift and carry up to 30–50 lbs
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods (2-3 hours)
Positive attitude and team player
Must have reliable transportation to event locations
