Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product Owners)
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports using SQL/Excel/Power BI
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, and process workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare or Financial domains
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Scrum or Agile certification is a plus
