Job Title: Interior Designer, Staging Department

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Overview:
As a Junior Designer, you will assist with various design tasks related to home staging and home furnishing & styling, working closely with the Senior Designer and Project Manager to ensure that clients' needs and expectations are met. We are looking for someone who is passionate and willing to grow with the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to space planning, furniture and accessory selection and placement, sourcing and procurement, on-site installations and styling, conducting research on design trends, attending team and client meetings, and contributing ideas and insights.
 

Responsibilities:
● Walkthrough: Conduct on-site walkthroughs, measurements, space planning, and design direction to create unique furniture layout.
● Installation & Styling: Assist with the design and execution of home staging projects, including warehouse furniture selection and placement, and accessory selection and arrangement.
● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Senior Designer to create design concepts and mood boards that reflect our clients’ preferences and needs.
● Contribution: Attend team and client meetings with the design team and contribute ideas and insights.
 

Requirements:
● Must be able to understand and analyze mood board, floorplans and elevations.
● Understanding of current interior design trends and incorporating them into our projects when appropriate.
 

Qualifications:
● Previous experience or education in design, interior decoration, or related fields.
● Meticulous attention to detail.
● Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
