Social Media/Marketing Specialist
Role Overview:
This is a dual position in house+remote*
As a Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy & marketing strategies to enhance our brand, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our head spa. You will create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, monitor social media trends, and analyze performance metrics. You will reach out to content creators & businesses for partnerships & collabs. Plan events.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
 Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, and copy) across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
 Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engage with the audience timely and professionally.
 Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional campaigns for our products and services.
 Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
 Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
Must be experienced with cutcap, canva, be creative & efficient with time management & edits. Must be familiar with Google and meta ads. Must have attention to detail & video skills. Must be present in spa to get content.
Extremely self sufficient.
Prefer senior or graduate
