About Camp Androscoggin

Camp Androscoggin is a premier boys' residential summer camp in Wayne, Maine, welcoming 250 campers ages 8–15 and 100 staff from across the U.S. and around the world each summer. Set on a 120-acre lakeside campus, Andro has spent more than a century helping boys build skills, friendships, and unforgettable memories through sports, activities, and community. Joining our staff means becoming part of that tradition.

About the Role

The Camp Office Coordinator is a core member of the administrative team that keeps the camp running smoothly day to day. You'll support communication, logistics, and operations that directly impact the experience of campers, families, and staff. This is a hands-on, people-facing role in a fast-paced, community-driven environment — no two days look the same.

This role is ideal for students pursuing studies or careers in administration, business operations, education, communications, or hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming calls and serve as a first point of contact for families and staff
  • Handle email correspondence and support camp-wide communications
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and filing
  • Coordinate logistics, process mail, and support daily operational needs
  • Assist across departments and programs as needs arise
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and positive camp community
