Site IT Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
- Work as Level 1 IT support for the Troy office
- Maintain and support internal ticketing system
- Address issues or escalate as necessary to other IS&S team members
- Support IT projects as necessary
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
- Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Business Operations or Information Systems with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be legally able to work in the US without any type of visa sponsorship/transfer requirement now and in the future
- 1 year of work experience (IT experience is not required)
- Ability to work in the mornings, preferably 3 days per week during the semester
- Good communication skills
