Commercial Tracking Analyst - HUB Financial Services | Hybrid | $19.00/hr | Monday–Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM CST
About the Role
Looking to break into financial services or insurance with a role that actually challenges you? As a Commercial Tracking Analyst, you'll work with real commercial loan and insurance data, analyze documentation for accuracy, and help protect lenders' financial interests. This is a great opportunity to build analytical skills and industry knowledge from day one, no prior insurance experience required.
What You'll Do
- Review and input commercial insurance documentation into our loan tracking system
- Analyze insurance coverages to ensure they meet lender requirements and flag any gaps
- Process client and program reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients, borrowers, and insurance agents
- Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage and request documentation
- Maintain accurate records and training materials in line with company procedures
- Build knowledge of mortgage insurance and lending as you grow in the role
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- 10-key typing at 32+ WPM
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in data analysis, P&C insurance, or mortgage lending is a plus — but not required
- Skills testing may be required prior to interview
