The Merage Undergraduate Programs Office supports students in achieving their academic and professional goals while overseeing the Business Administration major and minors in Management, Accounting, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. We’re a collaborative and supportive team!
Position Summary
- Front Desk and First-Point-of-Contact Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for students, faculty, and visitors to the Business Major Program Office.
- Room Reservation and Calendar Management
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of rooms for student clubs and departmental events.
- Data Collection and Reporting
- Assist in gathering and organizing data relevant to student engagement, enrollment, lounge usage, and survey responses.
- Lounge Operations Oversight
- Monitor, manage, and report on the open hours and general upkeep of the student lounge space.
- Enrollment Assistance
- Provide accurate responses to common enrollment questions and help students navigate enrollment tools and resources.
- Student Survey Coordination
- Distribute, collect, and organize data from surveys conducted for student feedback and program assessment.
- Staff Support and Engagement
- Collaborate with full-time staff for administrative tasks, projects, and special initiatives aimed at improving student services.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Professional, dependable, and proactive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
