Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial.

Duties:
– Conduct legal research on personal injury claims
– Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
– Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers
– Organize and maintain case files
– Assist in trial preparation and attend trials when necessary
– Manage document production and discovery processes
– Utilize legal research tools effectively
- Request, track, and organize medical records and billing from healthcare providers
- Review and summarize medical records and expenses for case evaluation and demands
- Assist with pre-litigation case management, including intake, claim setup, and demand preparation

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Paralegal with a focus on personal injury law
– Proficiency in document management systems and legal software
– Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
– Ability to review, analyze, and summarize complex legal documents
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Experience with contract and document review
– Proficient in data entry and legal administrative tasks
– Strong interviewing skills to gather case-related information
– Proficient in Spanish
- Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury claims, including medical records collection and demand preparation
