Program Instructor - Teen Programs

Program Instructors work directly with middle and high school students during after-school hours, helping run programs, support daily activities, and create a positive environment for teens.

This is a hands-on, team-based role where staff are actively engaged with students throughout the shift. Responsibilities include supporting programs, supervising spaces, helping with setup and transitions, and building relationships with students.

Program areas may include:

• Student Wellness (mentorship, group activities, relationship-building)
• Academic Success & STEM (homework help, structured activities, project-based learning)
• Creative Arts (art, media, and hands-on creative programs)
• General Programming (open gym, recreation, and flexible activities)

Applicants may be placed in one or more areas based on experience, interest, and program needs.
