Case Manager

Small, high volume personal injury firm is seeking a full-time case manager / pre-litigation paralegal.

The ideal candidate would possess great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate equally well via text, email and phone. Daily duties include everything from answering phones, sending emails to clients, opening and closing cases, to interacting with doctors’ offices and insurance companies.

Being comfortable using case management software and document templates is necessary. We rely heavily on technology so this position can focus on interpersonal relationships and helping our clients. Experience is not necessary but strongly preferred.

Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
