Job Skills / Requirements

 

Job Duties for Director of Operations

Ideal candidates must meet these basic requirements:

-Coordination and supervision of field contract security officers.

-Management of all aspects of Operation Department.

-Client relations for multi-state vicinity.

-Hire and Train Security Officers.

-Computer skills and travel required.

-Required to work some nights doing site visits and being on-call.

-Other general operation and management responsibilities.

-Position salary is $50k+ a year plus a hiring bonus of $5k after 1 year as well as benefits that include PTO, health insurance, retirement, other bonus opportunities, etc.

 

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 Years Staff Management
 

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Driver's License
