Loop Program Participant

NTECH’s Loop Program for recent college graduates offers a comprehensive introduction to the construction industry. Participants rotate through three key areas—preconstruction, project management, and field supervision, spending 6 to 8 months in each segment. Guided by mentors, they gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both the construction process and our company culture.
