AccountMakers is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful experience inside a fast-moving startup environment where your work directly contributes to real hiring outcomes, platform quality, and client success.
As an intern, you will not be observing from the sidelines. You will be actively involved in core operations, supporting both talent and employer engagement while helping maintain the integrity and quality of our platform.
What You Will Do
■ Review, approve, and help manage the onboarding of talent and employers on the platform
■ Research candidates and companies to ensure authenticity and maintain platform quality
■ Support and collaborate with our Senior Operations Specialist and cross-functional leadership
■ Independently manage approval workflows while contributing as part of a collaborative team
■ Handle customer support tickets and learn best practices for both talent and employer support
■ Participate in live demo meetings and assist in supporting prospective clients
■ Help follow up with employers regarding questions, onboarding, and hiring needs
■ Contribute ideas for product improvements and user experience enhancements
■ Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing operational initiatives
■ Assist with outreach efforts, with opportunities to engage in calls or demos based on performance
