Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Hawaii HIS Corporation, one of the top leading travel agencies in Japan, is hiring OPT internship students who can work Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, as a bilingual customer service associate for a year of employment.  

This is a non-exempt,  customer service position at our Kona Branch providing visitors from Japan with a variety of service and travel assistance in Japanese with visitors from Japan.  This position welcomes H.I.S. customers and supports group tours upon arrival and departure including check-in and out, attending at the dining premises to make sure everything goes smoothly, assist in translation in case of medical injury  or other miscellaneous support during their stay. 

This job is suitable for a person who likes to interact with people and a sociable person who wants to share the latest information about Hawaii with as many people as possible in Japanese.

In addition to the one-year full-time OPT internship, we also offer regular full-time and part-time positions for those who are eligible to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
