We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Tax Preparer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in public accounting and taxation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field
• Progress toward future CPA licensure is preferred
• Prior tax experience is a plus
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

• Work with senior staff to prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations
• Assist with tax projections and estimated tax calculations
• Organize and analyze client financial information and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients to request missing information and clarify tax-related items 
• Assist with general administrative and compliance tasks as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations
