Through our program, college undergraduate and graduate students gain hands-on experience in departments across Center Theatre Group as they study and learn alongside industry professionals and participate in weekly career development programs. 


Our internships are part of a company-wide structured learning experience that includes mandatory weekly professional development sessions on topics such as resume and cover letter writing, careers in Los Angeles theatre, and ethical leadership.
