Job Description : Application Consultant/Analyst (AC) – Junior to Intermediate – College Graduate with 1-2 years of experience.

Job Title: Application Consultant (AC)
Reporting To: Project Team / Engagement Lead
Location: US Remote

Travel : 80% Travel Required

Role Overview

The Application Consultant (AC) is a technically capable consultant who works closely with customers on the configuration and setup of the PCRS application. The role focuses on understanding customer processes, configuring system components, supporting testing activities, and enabling customer adoption through training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s current sales and administration processes.
  • Consult with the customer to map business processes into PCRS application and define the configuration approach.
  • Configure new products, coverages, and rates within PCRS.
  • Configure dealers, services, lenders, and related entities in the system.
  • Train customers on the PCRS product and configured functionality.
  • Support customers with questions related to configuration and system setup.
  • Collaborate with the product team to capture requirements for change requests and enhancements.
  • Perform smoke testing on new releases to validate functionality prior to customer release.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of application configuration.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Ability to translate business processes into system configurations.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
