Logistics Coordinator Paid Internship

Most internships are glorified coffee runs.

This is not one of them.

If you are studying Supply Chain, Business, or anything remotely tied to how the real world moves… and you actually want to learn the game, this program will put you in it.

We do not do theory. We move freight. Every day. And you will be part of it.

What This Is:

A college-credit eligible internship built to develop future Logistics Coordinators through hands-on, real-world experience. You will work directly inside live operations, not on the sidelines.

If you perform, this turns into a full-time career. Simple as that.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting at $13 per hour
• Up to $30,000 annually based on hours worked
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Up to 40 hours per week depending on your schedule and performance
• Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Mon-Fri

What You Will Actually Do:

• Help manage real customer freight, not simulations
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
• Source and negotiate with carriers in a live market
• Solve problems in real time when things go sideways, because they will
• Communicate with drivers and customers daily
• Learn how pricing, urgency, and relationships actually drive decisions

What You Will Learn:

• How freight actually moves in the U.S. economy
• How to think under pressure and make fast decisions
• How to communicate with confidence in a high-stakes environment
• How to manage chaos and still deliver results
• Skills that translate directly into a full-time role after graduation

• Students currently enrolled in college, preferably Supply Chain, Business, or related
