Contracts/Grants Administrator
Regional Economic Models, Inc. (REMI) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator/Grants Administrator to join its Business Administration team. This role is critical to supporting client relationships, contract management, legal issues, and overall business operations. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer client renewals and manage the preparation and negotiation of new client contracts
- Write proposals
- Gather documentation, format submissions, and liaise with teams to support business development and RFP submissions
- Maintain accurate records of client contacts, user changes, and ongoing communications
- Serve as a point of coordination with client counterparties to ensure smooth contract execution and administration
- Support finance and accounting functions on an as-needed basis.
- Assist with answering telephone to appropriately direct inquiries.
- Assist with administrative and human resources functions, including recruiting coordination, IT-related needs, and regulatory compliance, as needed.
- Interact with external attorneys on contract, trademark and other issues as needed
Reporting Structure
This position reports day-to-day to the Finance/HR/Business Manager and operates under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, evolving business environment
- Salary: $28/ hour
