Description:
- Entering invoices from vendors and suppliers
- Recording of payments out to vendors and suppliers
- Recording of sales and accounts receivables
- Balancing of bank accounts
- Balancing of credit cards and collecting receipts
- Tracking of undeposited funds account
- Accounts receivables follow up and management
- Providing of reports on weekly basis and as needed
- Working with financial manager to close books for the month
- Enter Data for Purchase Orders
- Other Miscellaneous office Tasks
Requirements:
- Basic accounting courses taken
- Open to learning and using AI
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in basic Microsoft excel skills and Microsoft outlook
- Basic knowledge of general ledger accounts
- Works well with others
- Ability to solve problems without constant supervision
- Loves to learn and can adapt to changes as needed
- Have own transportation
Preferred requirements:
- Working on degree in accounting or business currently
