Project Lead, Campaign Operations
Join Caissa K12 as a Project Lead!
Caissa K12, a rapidly expanding division of Caissa Public Strategy, is seeking passionate individuals to join us as Project Leads. As the nation's #1 leader in student recruitment, we are on a mission to ensure every student is not just in school but engaged and empowered for a successful future.
Mission
As a Project Lead, you will oversee daily operations for assigned campaigns—tracking progress in real-time, removing barriers when we fall behind, and resolving the issues that prevent students from getting into seats. Success is measured in one thing: verified students enrolled and attending. You will own the day-to-day problem-solving and accountability required to hit enrollment targets. Fluency in more than one language is a significant advantage and is highly valued in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor verified student enrollment and ensure data is clean, accurate, and auditable.
- Report to leadership with clarity: where we stand, what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing about it.
- Track and manage project deadlines and deliverables.
- Identify and remove enrollment barriers. When field reports back "parents won't enroll because [transportation/schedule/placement/paperwork]," you don't accept that as the final answer.
- You escalate to the right people, connect dots between teams, and drive toward a solution—same day when possible.
- You connect the right teams across operations, data, field, and district partners to move toward solutions.
- Ensure regular audits of enrollment data, call quality, outreach verification, and field team compliance.
- Ensure all data submissions are accurate and timely before sending them to districts or for invoicing.
- Oversee canvas and field operations for your assigned districts, ensuring goals are met.
- Determine innovative ideas to ensure your targets are met.
What success looks like
- Assigned district(s) meet or exceed enrollment targets on schedule
- When problems emerge, they're flagged fast and resolved quickly
- Internal teams know where you stand on the goal and what's being done to hit it
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have experience with:
- Running or supporting campaigns with daily/weekly "win numbers" (political field, GOTV, public benefits enrollment, etc.).
- Working toward measurable goals and performance metrics with an end date.
- Identifying problems, escalating fast, and driving toward solutions.
- Data verification, quality assurance, or audit work.
- Coordinating across teams and departments to solve blockers.
- Fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you adjust quickly.
What you'll need
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with project end dates
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional travel during peak campaign windows
- Weekend and evening availability on a rotating basis during campaign phases
