Controls Engineering Intern

Want hands-on experience with real automation projects? TechniBlend is hiring a Controls Engineering Intern to work alongside experienced engineers on industrial automation and manufacturing equipment. This internship is designed to help students build practical skills and gain real-world engineering experience.

What You’ll Work On:

• Learn and assist with PLC and HMI programming for automated equipment
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of control systems
• Review and help maintain control drawings and system documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and assembly teams
• Gain exposure to industrial automation standards and safety practice

• Documentation

Who This Is For:

• Students pursuing an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics, or related field
• Coursework, labs, projects, or curiosity related to automation or PLCs
• Interest in hands-on learning and manufacturing environments
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn

Pay & Hours

  • Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour 
  • Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week, with flexibility to support academic schedules
  • Duration: Summer internship, with potential extension based on business needs and performance
