NOW HIRING: Service Coordinator

Commercial Roofing | Manchaca (Austin), TX

Full-Time | In-Office | $20–$25/hr.

We’re growing fast—and we need a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to help power our expanding Commercial Roofing Service Division.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

You’ll be the heartbeat of our service operations, owning:

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Coordinate daily service calls and emergency requests 
  • Dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and workload 
  • Adjust schedules in real-time to keep jobs moving 

Customer Communication

  • Be the main point of contact for service customers 
  • Provide updates, scheduling, and follow-ups 
  • Deliver a professional, responsive experience every time 

Work Orders & Documentation

  • Create and manage job files and digital records 
  • Ensure technician reports, photos, and notes are complete 
  • Keep everything organized for billing, warranty, and compliance 

 Materials & Job Support

  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries 
  • Track inventory for service jobs 
  • Support estimating and proposal follow-ups 

Billing & Reporting

  • Capture all billable work from service jobs 
  • Coordinate invoicing with Accounting 
  • Track job status, backlog, and performance metrics 

 

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can own their role and move fast without breaking things.

Required:

  • 2+ years in construction coordination, dispatch, or roofing service 
  • Strong organization & multitasking skills 
  • Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a roofing service department 
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal, Coatings)  
  • Experience with CRM/service systems + Microsoft Office 
  • Familiar with Terial, Dataforma, ComputerEase 
  • OSHA 10 (or willing to obtain—we’ll help)

Compensation & Details

  • $20–$25/hour (based on experience) 
  • Full-time | Non-Exempt 
  • In-office role – Manchaca, TX (Austin area)
