AI Developer

 

Role Overview

The AI Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of AI‑driven solutions that solve business problems and enable data‑driven decision‑making. This role combines hands‑on technical development with analytical thinking and client‑focused solutioning, working closely with senior AI consultants, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient code (primarily in Python, with exposure to Java, C++, or R) to build and implement AI and ML algorithms
  • Develop and enhance AI applications using Python and Java, focusing on scalable and maintainable design
  • Support the integration of AI and ML models into existing software applications
  • Assist with deploying AI solutions to production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of AI models and algorithms
  • Conduct data analysis, data cleansing, and exploratory data analysis to support AI/ML use cases
  • Support the development and testing of AI models, prompts, and workflows, including generative AI use cases
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Assist in analyzing business needs and recommending AI‑based technical approaches
  • Follow organizational standards, security practices, and responsible AI and ethical AI guidelines

 

Qualifications & Specialization

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Java, C++, or R
  • Good understanding of: 
    • Machine Learning (supervised & unsupervised)
    • Deep Learning and Neural Networks
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Computer Vision
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AI
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control
