Multiple Locations | Full-time or Part-time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Starting Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience and performance)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans – Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans that help each child achieve meaningful, measurable progress.
  • Implement and Monitor Interventions – Use evidence-based ABA strategies to support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and track progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Evaluate and Adjust Programs – Regularly review client data to ensure interventions remain effective, adapting plans to meet evolving goals.
  • Supervise and Support RBTs – Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment integrity and professional growth.
  • Collaborate and Communicate – Partner with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with severe behavior challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)

Physical Requirements

Participation in Professional Crisis Management (pCM) training provided by Great Heights is required. This training includes physical components and requires average physical fitness.
