About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Teller Supervisor to lead our teller team and ensure exceptional member service. This role supports daily branch operations, coaches staff, oversees cash controls, and helps create a positive member experience.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support tellers in daily operations
- Deliver high‑quality service and resolve escalated member issues
- Balance the vault and cash operations; monitor discrepancies
- Train, coach, and mentor teller staff
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and regulations
- Assist with branch openings/closings and ATM operations
- Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of teller or financial institution experience
- Strong cash‑handling and operations knowledge
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork
