About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Intern to support our Product team in discovering, designing, and testing custom AI assistant solutions for healthcare clients. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and an interest in generative AI and healthcare technology.
You will work closely with Product Leads and engineers to support product discovery, analyze workflows, and help test and evaluate AI-powered tools used by hospital systems. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the product development lifecycle at a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product discovery by helping document workflows, user needs, and product requirements
- Assist in identifying high-value use cases for AI assistants within healthcare systems
- Help configure, test, and evaluate AI assistants using internal tools and platforms
- Assist with gathering feedback from users and internal stakeholders
- Document findings, product insights, and potential improvements
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams on product initiatives
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Interest in product management, AI, or healthcare technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation
- The pay range for this internship is $40 per hour and will depend on your level of education and experience. Hybrid in Palo Alto, CA, with the expectation of being on-site at least 3 days per week during the program.
