Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member
ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of five focused on building a strong, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Director of Sales for a bread company and was driven by the opportunity to own my own business and create better career opportunities for others.
I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management, happily married with one child, and enjoy golf and college football. We stay involved in the community as a member and ambassador of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.
For our team, we offer PTO, personal flex time, life insurance, personal and professional development opportunities, and a stocked office with snacks and coffee.
Our office culture is close-knit, competitive, and sales-driven with a “let’s go win” mentality. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, coachable, and driven - someone who treats customers like their own and is relatable, competitive, and ready to succeed as part of a motivated team.
