Creative Coach

We’re looking for passionate writers, 22 and older, to become Creative Coaches with #TeenWritersProject. As a coach, you’ll lead master-level classes, guide teens ages 14–19 in polishing their poetry, prose, and drama, and help them prepare publishable work for our publications.

Creative Coaches also facilitate our L.I.T. Writers in Schools program, working directly with high school students to strengthen their reading, writing, social, emotional, cultural, and creative literacy.

All coaches must complete a background check and our training program, which equips you with the tools, strategies, and resources to teach with professionalism, creativity, and fidelity.
