Associate Attorney
Martens + Associates | P.S. is looking for an attorney to join its civil litigation practice. A strong candidate will possess the following:
- License to practice in Washington and in good standing
- Motion practice experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Ability to independently progress a case from intake to resolution
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the law
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Trial Experience
- Experience in the field of insurance defense, construction defect, products liability, professional and/or personal injury
- License to practice in California and/or Oregon
