Then you should apply for the ASPIRE (Accelerated Special Education for In-Service, Resident Educators) program at Kutztown University! 

ASPIRE is an experience-based program designed for in-service or certification-ready educators seeking to add Special Education credentials while working in schools. Participants receive structured mentorship, tuition-free targeted coursework, and an $8,000 living stipend to support their participation as they complete certification requirements in this high-need field.
