What You’ll Do

Track and monitor shipments using our proprietary software

Make proactive calls to drivers (100/day avg) to ensure on-time pickups & deliveries

Communicate updates to customers and resolve issues quickly

Enter orders, maintain accurate documentation, and support Sales & Dispatch teams

What You Bring

1–3 years’ experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, or logistics (preferred)

Strong attention to detail & multitasking ability

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Tech comfort with Google Drive & Microsoft Office
