Staff Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper

This position will be working with multiple companies financials, each with their own needs. The candidate would need to be able to work independently, have great time management and genuinely enjoy helping small businesses.

• Reconciliations
• Know how to set up basic assets and liabilities
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Troubleshoot inconsistencies and out of balances
• Experience working in multiple sets of books
• Understanding and experience in full cycle bookkeeping
• Multi-state sales tax and Nexus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to review and comment on monthly financials
• Reconcile payroll entries
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop
• 2+ years of experience
