Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies.
  • Follow a leadership advancement track with career growth opportunities.
  • Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Competitive mindset with a history of leadership or achievement.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

 

MUST BE LOCATED IN NEW YORK/LONG ISLAND and able to commute to our Hauppauge office location for training and meetings, not open to out of state candidates at this time!

 

Compensation

$80,000+ OTE
