On-Call Housekeeper

The Wilkinson Firm is a premium hospitality staffing company that provides housekeeping, event, and service staff to hotel properties in the Greenville, NC area. We are hiring on-call housekeepers to support daily operations at a partner hotel property in Greenville.

This is not temp work. TWF is the employer of record. You are paid through our payroll system, covered under our policies, and supported by on-site leadership every shift.

What the work looks like:

You will clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel brand standards. That includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking linens and amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. Rooms must be turned over on schedule and to inspection-ready condition. This is physical work that requires attention to detail, consistency, and reliability.

How scheduling works:

Shifts are on-call and based on hotel demand. When the property needs housekeeping support, we contact our active roster. You tell us your availability. We match you to open shifts. Hours are not guaranteed, but demand is consistent. If you are responsive and reliable, you will get shifts.

What we provide that most staffing companies do not:

Every shift starts with a team huddle led by a TWF Event Lead. You will know what is expected before you touch the floor. Our staff are evaluated after every assignment using a performance rating system. Strong performers get priority scheduling, leadership development opportunities, and advancement into supervisory roles through our internal training program.

Who should apply:

Prior hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. If you have worked in a role that required physical stamina, attention to detail, and accountability, you may be a fit. What matters most: you show up when you say you will, you take the work seriously, and you are coachable.

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation to the Greenville, NC area. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Background check required.
