Junior Publicist (Account Coordinator), B2B and B2C Technology

Venture Public Relations is interested in hiring a west-coast-based, innovative, intelligent, hard-working junior publicist with past PR industry experience which may include college internships or post graduate roles. You will be part of a 3 - 4 person team and support a mix of business to business and consumer technology brands in multiple industries. We are looking for long-term team members, so please only apply if these industries and types of clients are exciting to you! It's a bonus if you have experience with media list building, client reporting, and media scanning. It's important that you have strong communication and writing skills, and can provide some past examples of your writing, any industry experience and if you have examples of coverage, even better. Starting compensation for this entry-level role will be between $35,000 and $45,000 with the ability to get early raises, promotions and bonuses upon consistently good performance. Requirements: 

You are physically located on the West Coast in the United States (preferably PST). This is important for specific client support and time zones.

You've built media lists using PR applications such as Muckrack, Cision, Meltwater or similar

You're specifically excited about being a publicist focusing on B2B and B2C technology clients
