About the Role
Geo Service INC is operating a large construction site for the next 4 years. We need 40 professional food vendors to supply daily meals to our workforce.

You will be responsible for preparing, delivering, and serving food on-site to ensure all workers are fed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare meals for a large construction crew (quantity to be provided upon hire)

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Manage food inventory, supplies, and equipment on the construction site

Set up and break down temporary food service stations

Coordinate delivery schedules to align with worker breaks and shifts

Comply with all site safety and health regulations

Maintain records of meals served and food inventory

Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional food service experience (catering, restaurant, institutional, or food truck)

Proven ability to prepare meals in large quantities

Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred)

Ability to work on a construction site environment (uneven ground, outdoor conditions, noise)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a 40-person vendor team

Physically able to lift and transport food supplies and equipment

Legally authorized to work in [country]

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience catering to construction sites, industrial camps, or remote work sites

Experience with bulk food purchasing and inventory management

Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian, halal, kosher, etc.)
