Founding Full-Stack Engineer: Architect Algorithm-Driven Hyper-Logistics Ecosystem (Hybrid/Italy)
We are developing an algorithm-powered, hyper-efficient warehousing and logistics solution tailored for the e-commerce ecosystem.
Our strategic roadmap is divided into two distinct phases:
Phase 1: Ecosystem Expansion & Data Priming In this initial stage, we aim to onboard a diverse range of home-based and traditional warehouses through shared and integrated service models. Our model leverages the sharing economy by transforming verified domestic spaces into a network of 'Family Micro-warehouses.' A mutual evaluation system between warehouse providers and customers will be implemented. During this period, the platform's primary focus is on scaling user growth and aggregating high-quality datasets to lay the foundation for the next phase.
Phase 2: Algorithmic Logistics & the "Flow" Model Once we achieve a stable customer base and a critical mass of integrated warehouses—supported by preliminary performance ratings—we will deploy our proprietary algorithms. This marks the full integration of our Distributed Warehousing & Logistics System. The platform will introduce a merit-based elimination mechanism to filter out underperforming providers, strategically replacing them with shared/traditional warehouse units at key nodes. This evolution will ultimately realize our vision of an algorithm-powered, seamless "Warehousing + Logistics" Flow Model.
Currently in our launch phase, we are seeking Full-Stack Engineers to join our founding technical team. You will architect and build the multi-sided client applications that power our network, laying the groundwork for Phase 2, where we will deploy advanced algorithms to revolutionize our distributed warehousing and logistics infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Host-Facing Application: Develop a mobile interface for "Warehouse Hosts" to manage inbound inventory and seamlessly receive and process push orders from major e-commerce platforms.
Verification & Onboarding Module: Build an onboarding flow for host eligibility, including functionality for uploading photos/videos for space inspection and identity verification.
Real-time Inventory Dashboard: Implement a synchronized dashboard that aggregates data from all distributed storage nodes, enabling centralized management of decentralized spaces.
Client-Side Application: Integrate with the Order Management System (OMS) to enable host-matching, provide full visibility into inventory movement, and allow real-time tracking of order processing progress.
