ROLES WE ARE HIRING FOR

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) – 
Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000

Responsibilities:

Monitor onboarding and performance of new workers across all departments

Ensure compliance with local labor laws (USA, Australia, Canada, UK, UAE)

Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations of new hires

Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts

Maintain personnel records and confidentiality

Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs

Requirements:

Age 40 or older

7+ years of HR experience

3+ years in a supervisory or monitoring role

Knowledge of local employment laws in your country

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, AHRI, HRPA, or equivalent by country)

ACCOUNTING –

Salary Range: $160,000 – $280,000

Responsibilities:

Monitor payroll for all new workers across global teams

Track and reconcile health insurance payments

Oversee budgets for food contracts, engineering projects, and real estate operations

Ensure compliance with tax laws in each country

Prepare financial reports for leadership

Detect and flag discrepancies in accounts

Requirements:

Age 40 or older

7+ years of accounting experience

3+ years in a managerial or monitoring role

CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification in your country

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar)

Experience with multi-currency or international accounting (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

BANKING MANAGEMENT

Salary Range: $170,000 – $300,000

Responsibilities:

Monitor company banking activities across multiple countries

Oversee fund transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow

Coordinate with banks in USA, Australia, Canada, UK, and Dubai

Ensure compliance with international banking regulations

Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions

Advise leadership on banking strategy and currency management

Requirements:

Age 40 or older

7+ years of banking or financial services experience

3+ years in a management or monitoring role

Strong knowledge of cross-border banking and wire transfers

Experience with commercial or corporate banking

Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC regulations
