Girl Scouts of Utah is urgently hiring a Program Coordinator (Art Focus) to join our summer camp leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves art, leadership, and working with youth to create meaningful, hands-on experiences for campers.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead engaging art programs (ceramics, drawing, painting, crafts)
- Supervise and maintain safe studio and kiln operations
- Support overall camp programs and operations
- Collaborate with the Camp Director and leadership team
- Step in where needed to ensure a high-quality camper experience
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in art education or creative programming
- Leadership, organization, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain lifeguard certification (training provided if needed)
- Must be 21+ to drive camp vehicles
- Experience working with youth preferred
Compensation & Perks
- $97/day + $10/day completion bonus
- Up to ~$5,100+ for the summer
- Includes housing + 3 meals/day
Requirements
- Pass background check
- Complete Youth Protection Training
- Obtain First Aid/CPR & Food Handler’s Permit
