The Fresno County Assessor-Recorder's Office invites applications for the position of Appraiser I. Incumbents perform real property appraisals for assessment purposes, including appraisals of land parcels, dwellings, and other building structures. Fresno County is working together for a quality of life for all.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system.

License: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Certificate: Possession of a valid Appraiser Certificate issued by the State Board of Equalization (must be obtained prior to completion of the probationary period).
