Sales Associate (Wellness Studio)

Pause is a modern wellness studio focused on helping people recharge and feel their best. We offer services like infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, float therapy, and more - all designed to reduce stress and support recovery.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact - welcome guests and create a great experience
- Lead studio tours and explain our services in a simple, engaging way
- Recommend memberships and packages based on client needs
- Follow up with potential members via text, phone, and email
- Assist with booking appointments and front desk operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, outgoing, and reliable
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or hospitality
- Comfortable talking to new people and recommending services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (weekends required)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Customer service or sales experience
- Spanish-speaking is a plus

Shifts available between:
- Mon–Sat: 8am–8pm
- Sun: 8am–6pm
