Foster Care Specialist

Epworth Family Resources is currently seeking a Foster Care Specialist to join our team!

While we have offices located in York and Beatrice, this position is all about meeting families where they are. Our team serves communities across south central, southeastern, and central Nebraska, so this role requires time spent out in the communities supporting children, youth, and foster families.

👉 We are especially looking for someone located in or near the Hastings and Grand Island areas!

Position Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
✔️ Passion for supporting children and families
