What You’ll Do
As a Baker, you will:
• Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule • Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
• Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
• Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency • Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station
• Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness
• Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets
• Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager
• Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals
• Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed
What You Bring
• At least 1 year of experience in bakery production
• Familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing
• Knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices
• Bilingual skills in Korean or Spanish are preferred, but not required.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
• Confectionery or culinary background a plus
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills
• Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality
